About the Role:
We are looking for a UI/UX consultant who will be collaborating closely with the Marketing team to enhance our user interface and user experience, ensuring our platform is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our mission of providing exceptional online tutoring services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior and preferences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric design solutions.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from users to improve the user experience.
- Ensure our digital products are accessible, responsive, and visually engaging.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and best practices.
Work Setup:
- Number of hours required per week: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
- Work arrangement: Part-time consultant role with flexibility in work hours.
Skills and Experience Required for this Role:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX consultant or specialist, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to convey design concepts and rationale.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
