What We’re Looking For
- Math Mastery: You have a solid understanding of primary and middle school math.
- Teaching Experience: You have a minimum of 4 years teaching Math.
- Tech Savvy: You can teach Math online using digital tools and manipulatives.
- Excellent Communicator: You provide clear and easy-to-understand explanations.
- Degree in Mathematics: You have a strong foundation in Math concepts.
- Understanding of Learners: Youhave deep insight into how students learn Math.
- Mentorship Skills: You can effectively guide and support teachers.

- Quick Learning: You are quick to learn about curriculums and tools.
- Organizational Abilities: You know how to prioritize and manage training tasks.

- Training Design and Delivery: You’re able to develop live and self-access training.
You're the Perfect Fit if You Have:
- Proven track record in teaching and training Math.
- Experience with online teaching platforms
- Experience in teaching international curriculums like IB, IGCE, Common Core
Responsibilities
- Develop effective Math training programs for primary and middle school teachers.
- Help non-Math teachers pass interviews and demos for primary Math.
- Observe Math lessons and give feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on Math education trends and approaches.
- Instruct teachers on how to carry out Math demo lessons.
- Deliver free trial classes for potential clients.
- Create tools to assess training effectiveness.
- Guide teachers in using technology for Math teaching.
- Manage training metrics like attendance, show up rate and pass rate.

How to Apply
During the interview process, you'll need to complete a tech check to assess your work-from-home setup. Following that, you'll be asked to complete a training task and attend a 45 minute interview with your hiring manager.
