Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Design and manage competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and other incentives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address compensation-related needs and challenges.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness in our compensation and benefits practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on compensation and benefits-related matters.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Preferably experience with start up, or BPO industry, education sector or multinational environment is a plus.
