Job Description:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize multiple outbound channels to proactively identify and qualify potential clients and key decision-makers within education-focused organizations. Own the end-to-end lead generation process, applying structured research and personalization to consistently generate high-quality, ICP-aligned leads.
  • Meeting Setting: Engage prospects through effective communication, follow-up, and relationship-building to secure qualified meetings with decision-makers. Clearly articulate Edge Tutor’s value proposition and ensure meetings meet qualification standards before handoff.
  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the team to create customized proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Contribute insights gathered during discovery and outreach to ensure proposals are relevant and compelling.
  • Transitioning Leads to Pilot: Facilitate the seamless transition from proposal to pilot phase by coordinating with account managers. Maintain clear documentation, context, and next steps to enable successful onboarding and pilot execution.

Qualifications: 

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B Lead Generation or Sales role
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Master of Multitasking: You're independent, prioritizing tasks with finesse.
  • Passion for education and the drive to impact the educational community for the better
  • Familiarity with CRM is a must.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to make sales calls during evenings due to the majority of our clients being located outside the Philippines.
  • B2B SDR work experience is a must.

  • EdTech experience is a plus
  • US Market experience
  • Strong exposure to AI tools

Work Set-up and Requirements

  • Schedule: Shifting schedule, including morning, mid, and night shifts. We require candidates who can demonstrate flexibility and adapt to schedule changes as needed for urgent situations or business requirements.
  • Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher 
  • Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
  • Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
