Job Description
As the Chief of Staff at Edge Tutor, you will serve as the right-hand person to our COO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and operational efficiency. You will work closely with executive leadership, acting as a bridge between departments to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives. This role requires an entrepreneur with exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You need to be extremely organized and have a knack for product management.
Requirements:
- 6-10+ years of experience working in a high-growth company or similar environment like a BPO
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong team orientation with a commitment to driving both strategic and operational excellence.
- Self-starter with a thirst for learning and continuous improvement.
- University graduate, preferably with a Business degree/coursework (or equivalent experience) or MBA/relevant graduate degree
- Project Management experience and relevant certification
- Past experience with workflow design/large scale people operations
- Well-developed staff management skills, ideally including managing supervisors
- Experience in handling interdepartmental implementations and systems integration
- Quantitative orientation with experience in controlling costs/budget, improving process
- Past industry experience
