We need an Account Manager to lead our team of online teachers.If you are client-focused, care about student outcomes, and excel at building relationships, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of online (ESL) teachers.
- Observe lessons, give feedback, and coach teachers to improve.
- Manage teacher schedules and handle disciplinary actions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with Lesson Support, Training and Recruitment to enhance student experience.
Monitor and report on teacher performance.
- Manage and analyze data related to booked lessons, utility rates, and lesson quality.
- Prepare regular reports for clients and senior management.
- Become the liaison for partners and teachers.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience leading a team of online ESL teachers, as mentor, trainer, team leader or supervisor.
- Skilled in lesson observation, feedback, and coaching.
- Knowledge of online lesson delivery metrics
- Strong data analysis and report preparation skills.
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in disciplinary actions.
- Excellent at building relationships
- Experience in customer service (international clients a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and thorough
- Proactive and critical thinker
